As the founder of Fit Money CPA, Ms. Musacchio serves the needs of individuals and small businesses. Fit Money CPA offers a wide array of services including tax compliance, tax planning, payroll and bookkeeping, as well as Eldercare Services. Fit Money CPA offers a no-obligation consultation program, which enables potential clients to get to know the firm, discuss how the firm can help them and review the related fees.
As a professional in public accounting at the Louisville office of Deloitte & Touche LLP and at Cotton & Allen, where she was a tax manager, Ms. Musacchio provided gift, estate, individual, S corp, and C corp tax preparation to the insurance sales, pharmaceuticals, rental real estate and medical services industries.
Her goal on becoming a certified public accountant was to assist people in determining the most effective approach to reducing their current and future tax situations. She has helped clients successfully reorganize corporate buy-outs and consults with individuals on maximizing the earnings of retirement plans. Throughout her career, Ms. Musacchio has helped multiple clients realize significant tax savings through her diligent research and effective negotiating.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA’s individual income tax technical resource panel. She is also a member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs, where she is involved with the CPE committee, BASE Camp task force and leadership council.
In 2008, she was honored with the outstanding chair award of the Kentucky Society of CPAs.
Ms. Musacchio is currently teaching taxation at Spalding University in Louisville, as well as instructing the Becker CPA Review program locally.
Ms. Musacchio is a native of Louisville and currently resides in the city. She is an active volunteer throughout the community and was recognized as an Honorary Volunteer Recipient of the Bell Award in 2002 and 2004. Ms. Musacchio is a cat enthusiast and enjoys bicycling and cooking in her spare time.
